In our communication and promotion we try to be consequent and faithful to that image. The result is a somewhat different view on authenticity and how to promote our city. If we promote it. We like to believe we don’t organise events or we don’t promote anything unless it is ‘on brand’. This is our strategy? Or is it attitude?”

    How to control visitor flows? When “more” is not always better? Is that only a question of quanity or also in the destination resources to provide experiences and spread the flows across the destination?
