The Forum Committee is a team of organisers and partners,
each contributing their specific
expertise and experience to stage a first-class tourism event in Ukraine
decisions related to the overall organisation of the Forum, including
concept, content and format. The Forum Committee members share a strong
passion for and faith in tourism development in Ukraine, hence
their willingness to participate in the organisation of “Win with the
Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of International Economic Analysis and Finances, Academic Secretary of the Ivan Franko National University in Lviv. Professor of Quantitative Methods for Business Decisions of Lviv Business School, Ukrainian Catholic University.
Mr Prytula did internships at the George Washington University and George Mason University, USA. He was a scientific consultant to the National Bank of Poland on the issues of improving macroeconomic modelling and forecasting for Eastern European economies. He also participated in the Global Policy Fellows Program at the Institute for Higher Education Policy (Washington, USA).
Mr Prytula is an author of numerous publications about integrated economic analysis, macroeconomics and economic forecasting and a participant of a multitude of international conferences, academic and research programmes. He specialises in econometric modelling and forecasting, microeconomic and macroeconomic studies. His scientific interests revolve around economic modelling, international migration and social and economic factors of economic growth. Mr Prytula’s papers can be found in such journals as Bulletin de la Soc. et Lettr. de Lodz, Izvestiya Vuzov, Economic Modelling and Journal of Identity and Migration Studies.
Attorney-at-law, Dr. Jur., Partner, Head of Arzinger’s West-Ukrainian Branch, Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, specialises in providing legal support in investment projects (commercial, real estate and corporate law matters) as well as representing clients’ interests before the judicial authorities of Ukraine and dispute settlement under the procedures of commercial and investment arbitration.
Markian is a recognized expert in international arbitration. He has extensive experience in representing Ukrainian and international companies in arbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions, including all known global arbitral institutions.
He handled cases under the Arbitration Rules of ICSID, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICAC.
In 2012 Markian Malskyy obtained his doctoral degree (Dr. Jur.) with the thesis: “Arbitration agreement as a condition for dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration” at the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
Markian Malskyy is an Of Counsel of the Head of Lviv Regional State Administration for foreign economic activity.
He is a recommended arbitrator of six arbitration institutions, including Vienna International Arbitral Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Arbitration Centre of Mexico, Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, Court of Arbitration at Nowy Tomyśl Chamber of Commerce.
Markian Malskyy’s experience and expertise and Arzinger’s international arbitration practice headed by him are honoured by many clients as well as by international ratings and guides, such as Chambers Global 2013, The Legal 500 – Europe, Middle East & Africa 2013, “Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients” 2012 and 2013 etc.
Within a special Business Focus issue dedicated to law firms Kyiv Post named Markian Malskyy one of the five “rising stars” in the Ukrainian legal market among the most successful lawyers in the key business sectors.
The annual rating "Ukrainian Law Firms 2012" recommended him as a well-known arbitration lawyer in Ukraine.
In May 2012 Markian Malskyy was shortlisted by the main respected legal publication of Ukraine Yuridicheskaya Practika in the TOP-5 international arbitration attorneys of Ukraine, which is considered very high market recognition in Ukraine.
He wrote two books on commercial dispute resolution and has over 100 publications on legal issues. Markian often speaks at different workshops and conferences. He is an active member of several NGOs and a member of the Organising Committee of the annual International Economic Forum in Lviv.
